Marketing for me is all about helping others – helping clients grow their businesses and helping customers find solutions to their problems.
While I am an introvert at heart, from a very young age, I always loved asking questions. I was that kid asking why, digging in, and pushing buttons. My mom might call it annoying, but I call it innate curiosity. And it’s one of a handful of reasons why a career in marketing has fit like a glove for me.
I absolutely love sitting down with a client and listening to them share about their audience, their business, the problems they solve, and the solutions they offer. I find understanding the full picture and piecing together the puzzle into a perfect campaign that presents a business or product as a solution to an audience’s problem to be one of the most fulfilling parts of being a marketer.

Marketing Strategy
My approach to marketing strategy is to always start by finding the “why.”
This means asking questions, conducting research, identifying goals, and analyzing data to get the full picture before making a plan or jumping to tactics.
It also means never being satisfied with results and always testing and tweaking to make something better. Success isn’t hitting a home run the first time up to bat. It’s the daily grind to constantly improve that creates a legacy.

An effective digital experience finds the story behind the message. It identifies the problem that needs solving and leads the user on a journey toward the solution to their pain.
Today’s consumers demand excellence when it comes to experiencing a brand. They expect nothing less than answers to all of their questions at their finger tips.
I strive to exceed those expectations with every experience I create.

I am a coach, not a problem solver.
As a leader, it is my goal to empower and enable teams to do their best work. This means being available and providing direction but stopping short of getting in game.
I find that leading by example and coaching talent toward its full potential creates a mutual respect that motivates high-performance teams.
