  • Scaled agency’s Digital Marketing Department from a single part time internship to 6 full-time, salaried positions supported by 20+ retained clients with an annual retention rate above 95%.

  • Consistently retain, cross-sell, and up-sell existing clients by demonstrating results and ROI through annual performance reviews, driving a 30% increase in average retainer size in one year.

  • Conduct extensive research to understand client businesses and develop buyer personas, customer journeys, targeted digital experiences, and results-oriented campaigns.

  • Implement innovative digital strategies to achieve client goals, including content marketing, SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, conversion optimization and A/B testing.

  • Consistently achieve triple digit year over year traffic and lead increases, including a 200% increase in leads in one year for a franchise vending business, from 200 to 600 monthly leads.

Marketing Director

Boast is a startup SaaS product created, funded, and managed by Web Ascender. Part of my role at Web Ascender is Marketing Director at Boast. Boast is the easiest way for businesses to collect and share video testimonials, online reviews, and customer feedback.

 
  • Lead marketing strategy for a start-up SaaS product created by Web Ascender to increase monthly revenue from $0 to a viable business venture, doubling revenue 3 times in 5 years.

  • Orchestrated organic traffic strategy to grow monthly website visitors from 0 to 45k, including consistent monthly increases of 10%+.

  • Manage a $15k monthly advertising budget, including strategy development, budget allocation, and ROI reporting.

  • Own Boast.io website, including content, wireframes, SEO, testing, and optimization to drive continuous improvement.

  • Actively engage in strategic planning conversations and contribute to company vision and objectives as a member of the Leadership Team.

Board Member

The Wesley Foundation at Michigan State University is United Methodist Church’s campus ministry presence. As an active board member and Chair of the board, I oversaw activities of the ministry, assisting with fund development, HR, and marketing initiatives.

 
  • Orchestrated multi-channel fundraising campaigns leveraging Facebook ads, email, website, and print mailers to increase Giving Tuesday and year-end giving donations.

  • Full Wordpress website design and development, including promotion and support for monthly and annual giving.

  • Oversee operations of the United Methodist Church's campus ministry presence at Michigan State University.

Free Party Templates is a hobby project of mine that I use as a creative outlet for exercising my design, copywriting, and digital marketing skills. A passion of mine is entertaining and creating spaces where people can be in community together. This project allows me to do that while helping other entertainers do the same.
